I was lucky enough to win Maria's giveaway =) And last week I got my package:
I thought the knitted dresses looked cute on picture, but they are even better in real life! My daughter took up the green dress, just looking and said (but in swedish): It is totally perfect! And then the same thing with the slippers. She was really impressed by those, and so am I! =)
My doll likes them too =)
Thank you Maria for your wonderful gifts!!
I've had a lot on my mind lately, my mum had surgery again, and had to go to the emergency 2 times after, she didn't heal up well, same thing as last surgery in November. Hope this time will be the last. We have to wait and see.
And I'm not feeling very well myself, but it's nothing bad, but I'll talk more about that later.
A fun thing I done was visiting my brother in Uppsala. Me and my daughter had a wonderful day with my brother. Looked at the big church and walked the streets and finally got to see where my brother lives. =) We had a great day, I only saw a few miniatures in an expensive store, but I manage to buy two small things =) (But the goal with this trip was not to find miniatures, but they make a great memory of this great day)
And finally we got to taste the first bell pepper from our plant. It was delicious =) My little girl has been waiting, and waiting, and she thought this was very exciting. (Me too) =) Hope we get more "home made" vegetables this year =)
Take care
Hannah
Congratulation Hannah for your lovely win. I hope your mum recuperates quickly this time and wish her all the best.
ReplyDeleteYour bell pepper looks delicious. It's wonderful you can grow your own organic vegetables.
Hugs, Drora
Thank you Drora!
DeleteI wish I had a garden to grow all the vegetables I want, but I'm glad I can grow things in my windows and on the balcony =)
Beautiful gifts from Maria.
ReplyDeleteThank you Fabiola! I agree, she sent beautiful items =)
DeleteCongratulations on winning all those lovely items from Maria!
ReplyDeleteThe pepper looks so fresh and delicious! Wish there will be many more to grow!

Kikka
Thanks Kikka! So far we only have one more bell pepper to look forward on, but I hope more will grow soon =)
DeleteGood to hear from you. Maria's prizes and gifts must have left you speechless--she is so talented and thoughtful. Your bell pepper is amazing! Did you grow it in a greenhouse? xo Jennifer
ReplyDeleteI was very happy to have won such beautiful prizes!
DeleteThe bell pepper is a lucky shot =) I just took a seed from a bell pepper and tried growing it in our most sunny window =) And it worked. I really miss a garden, but we have a balcony that gets very warm, so now I'm going to try putting out some plants there too, might work as a greenhouse since it's glass all around =)
Congrats to your wonderful win from Maria - her work is always amazing. Great you found two miniatures to remind you of a lovely day... and congrats on your first self-grown pepper, what an impressive guy! ;O) And not to forget - best wishes to your Mom.

ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you had a wondeful trip to Uppsala. I must ask...
Have you met Pelle Svanslös there? He is my favorite! ♥
Cogratulations on your prize from Maria! I am lucky to own her works too. :)
I wish your mum is getting better. And you too. ♥
Keep on eating your vitamins and you'll stay healthy!

No Pelle Svanslös this time either.. =( But last time I was in Uppsala I saw a sign, warning for Pelle crossing the road =) Very funny sign! And my brother said there was a playground named after him: "Pelle svanslös lekplats", but we was a bit too tired to walk over there this time so I never saw it.. maybe next time =)
